Originally from the Chieti hinterland and strongly linked to the cuisine of peasant customs, our expertExecutive Chef Antonella D'Alfonsohas been awarded theprestigious career honor of the "Collegium Cocorum" by from the top management of the F.I.C. Italian Chefs Federation, recognized by the Chamber of Deputies of Rome in 2019, a merit recognized to Chefs who have been working in the culinary art for over twenty-five years, and who pay homage to the traditions and culture of Italian cuisine.

Antonella D'Alfonso boasts a career animated by great passion and dedication which has led her to experiences throughout the national territory.

she is an expert consultant in events, catering, pastry making, as well as a teacher and founder of the Associazione Culturale Percorsi Gastronomici, an organization whose objective is to carry on the culinary traditions of Abruzzo.

His cuisine offers a menu in which the classic recipes of Abruzzo cuisine blend with modern reinterpretations but always with an eye on tradition and the use of typical products.
